Very nice hotel, awesome view, friendly staff, can be slightly better in terms of bugs (maybe cannot be controlled as you are in nature)

From the moment we booked, everything about our experience at Cala San Miguel was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The whole hotel was immaculately presented and the rooms were short of nothing. A very special mention must go to Gilles in the Guest Experience department. From our very first correspondence, it was clear he genuinely cared about making our holiday special. He shared fantastic recommendations for restaurants, local areas to explore, and even guided us on the “must-see” spots of the island that we might otherwise have missed. His knowledge and passion for the area added so much value to our trip, and we are so grateful for the care he put into making our stay memorable. Even when the weather meant our planned boat trip couldn’t go ahead, Gilles was quick to communicate and assist with rescheduling options — nothing was ever a problem. If you are planning a stay at this wonderful resort, I cannot recommend enough that you spend some time with the Guest Experience team, especially Gilles, who will make sure you get the very best out of your time in Ibiza. We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was first class — an unlimited choice with something for everyone. The pool bar staff were equally attentive and friendly, creating a lovely, relaxed atmosphere throughout the day. In short, Cala San Miguel is a true gem of a resort, and thanks to Gilles and the team, our stay was unforgettable. We will absolutely return!

Despiste the Cala San Miguel Ibiza Resort's stunning design and breathtaking sea views, my stay was disappointing due to poor hygiene standards and unprofessional service. The bathroom remained uncleaned despite my first-day request, and housekeeping failed to service our room during our absence until 3 PM, leaving only a note refusing further cleaning. When finally cleaned after complaints, the work was superficial with no drinking water provided—essential in Ibiza. WiFi was completely non-functional on the first day, problematic for business needs. Late check-out requests received contradictory responses from reception staff, and checkout was impersonal with no inquiry about guest satisfaction. The hotel's potential is undermined by substandard execution.
